Returns, Replacements and Refunds

We process every order as our 1st order. Our order processing team will take measures to make sure that the items delivered to you should be in perfect condition. However, there are possibilities that will arise on the following conditions:

  • During transit, the item may get damaged.
  • There might be a manufacture defect.
  • In least cases, wrong item is delivered to you.

If the above-mentioned cases occur, we will replace the item at no extra cost or we will provide you the complete refund which will reflect back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please mail us at or call us at 90305-90305. We will solve your query at the earliest.  

Once the return request is accepted, please send us the product back to our warehouse, so that we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. 

In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 days business days and you will be sent an email or message confirming the same. 

We sincerely pleased to note that if it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, and customer has already paid we will refund you the full amount. No questions will be asked.

Balu Herbals will only accept products that are returned unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns. The product needs to be returned in the original box. If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact Balu Herbals immediately and contact our customer support team about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided. 

How will I get the refund?

In case of a return/ replacement/ refund, we process the refund within 3-7 days from the date when the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. 

For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. The amount will be reflected to your account within 3-7 business days.

Changes in the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy

We keep our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website at
